DALLAS - (BUSINESS WIRE) - March 3, 2004 - Wyndham International, Inc. (AMEX:WBR) today announced that Adela Cepeda and Marc Beilinson have been appointed to Wyndham International's Board of Directors. In addition, Ms. Cepeda and Mr. Beilinson will serve on the Board's Audit Committee, of which, Cepeda will serve as chairman. The two new directors join Wyndham's 19-member Board, who provide the Company with strategic counsel and guidance.

Adela Cepeda:

Adela Cepeda, founder and president of A.C. Advisory, Inc., has been a finance specialist since 1980, structuring and executing transactions in the capital markets for corporations and municipalities. She worked for over 10 years for a major Wall Street firm as a corporate finance executive handling public and private debt and equity transactions.

Cepeda has extensive community involvement and serves on the boards of Window to the World Communications, Inc., Ravinia Festival Association, The Joffrey Ballet of Chicago and The Chicago Community Trust. She is also a board member of three New York Stock Exchange listed companies, as well as a current member of the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA) and the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Cepeda is a recipient of many honors and awards, including Member of the Year from the Mexican American Chamber of Commerce, "100 Successful Hispanic Women," by Hispanic magazine, Hispanic Leadership Award from HACIA, and "Chicago's Top 25 Women in Finance" by Today's Chicago Woman. She is an honors graduate of Harvard College and has an MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business.

Marc A. Beilinson:

Marc Beilinson is a shareholder of Pachulski, Stang, Ziehl, Young, Jones & Weintraub PC, a nationally recognized law firm specializing in assisting complex corporate organizations. During his 20 years of practice, Beilinson spearheaded operational and financial restructuring of nationally recognized public and private companies.

Beilinson is also an officer and director of RBD Catalyst, a private real estate investment firm, responsible for evaluating and negotiating acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Beilinson was a shareholder in the law firm of Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger PC. In 2001, he was named one of the top 10 young restructuring lawyers in the nation by Turnarounds and Workouts.

Prior to this, Beilinson served as chief executive officer of Adaptive Power Solutions, a government defense contractor specializing in manufactured components for many U.S. strategic missile programs.

He received his B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles and his J.D. from the University of California Davis Law School. Beilinson currently sits on the Board of Directors of the University of California Davis Law School.
